Some Projects

Sorry for poor before and after pics. Nothing seems to go in our house unless it's been painted black :) These were just 2 pieces of furniture Josh had before we got married. The little desk I use for crafts, and the book shelf Josh made with his grandpa when he was 17. They were looking old and ugly, so they got painted! I think they look way better now. Don't you?

Some product photography

These are some containers I dressed up for the fall catalog. It's hard to get the lighting just right so it looks professional. I haven't mastered it yet...
See the Alison's Pantry Catalog HERE. (It is a PDF download) Number8 is the next one we're ordering from. These pics wont be featured until Number 10 though I believe.

Table and Chair Makover

I had a set of table and chairs that were looking a little out-dated and just not "black" enough for the likes of my house. So I painted them. Ahhh. Much better. I love the sleek black sophisticated look. I just wish the table top would have turned out more sleek. It's a little rough like a wall surface even though I followed what this lady said on her blog to the T to make it smooth!(click here for the site I went by) Oh well, it still looks black, and it will have to do. What do you think?

Vacation in Park City

We went to Park City over the weekend to celebrate the 4rth and have a family vacation. We stayed in this AMAZING 4 bed 4 1/2 bath condo with a kitchen, living, dining, fireplace and the works! We went golfing, out to eat at Grub steak, played monopoly, ate goodies, read, went to the pool, sat in our private hot tub, watched movies, ate more goodies, went for hikes, went shopping, took Mckayla to ride the merry-go-round, and had good visits! It was a great time. Thank you Ali and Howard for such a great time!!!
