Well, these were taken a week or two ago but I haven't gotten much bigger since then. There's a small glimps of the nursery in the backgroung too. 2 1/2 more months and Mckayla will be here!!!
Poofy Belly! Soo cute on you, Bee! I love the glimpse of the nursery, isn't it so fun to do? I was thinking about you and your nursery today as I washed all of Corinne's bedding. I remember pouring over the catalogs and internet to find the set that would be just right for her. I got smart with #5 and gave others swatches of the layette so they could match up stuff, (Otherwise, you get a broad variety mish mash) and I am grateful to have all coordinating blankets to go with her stuff. I did figure out too, that I like the crib blankets to match the nursery, but the recieving blankets to match the outfits! When you take her out, she won't need to match her room anymore, only herself! I love the gymboree blanket sets that coordinate with the layette outfits. If you think about it, when you are holding the baby, for the first few months, she'll be all wrapped in a little blanket (stretchy knit tee-shirt fabric makes the best ones) and it makes sense to coordinate them to her clothes, or I just bought a bunch of white ones which would go with anything. The place I ordered them from online them also monogrammed or embroidered something on the corner, which is a nice touch. Anyway, have fun with your baby-adventures! Love, Traci
