Finaly a new post

Holy night! I know it's been a while. I've been very sick and thereafter very busy, but here's another up-date. Mckayla, Rudy and I went to Rock Springs two weeks ago and I got the flu and ended up staying there for a good week till I was well enough to come home. I tell ya if the swine flu is what I had it is one heck of a NASTY BUG! I could hardly get out of bed at one point. Anyway, Mckayla hardly got sick at all which was nice. Anyway, it was fun to see Aunt Ashley and her kids and Aunt Moo and Maddie. They are all growing up so fast!
Mckayla had fun getting into the cupboards and playing with all the "new stuff" at Nana Knudsen's house. Nana got a dish towel and put it under her arms and was walking her around the living room with it and we all but peed our pants it was so funny. I think she will be walking on her own soon. She's getting more brave all the time.

We did have a good time even though I was sick. Rudy Bob was a good sport and put up with me so I have to thank her for that. We played a new phase ten spin off game and watched movies and Cash Cab. Also, as you can see we tried on this hilarious wig my mom had. We look just ravishing if I do say so myself. I never knew how much I looked like my mom until I saw this picture...

Mckayla will be turning one on the 11th of November. My how time flies! I hardly got to take any pictures of her this month. Well, this is enough for one post. I have more, but it'll have to wait for a bit. Halloween will be a fun post :)

  1. Danielle! I am glad you're alive. Too bad you were sick--that is no fun, but I'm glad McKayla didn't get it. I love the pics of you in the wig. I can't believe McKayla is almost 1!

  3. I totally want to get a wig now and see if I look like my mother. But I've been told I look more like my dad so maybe I should get a white brushcut wig. Think they exist?

Glad you're on the mend, we've been fighting the bugs around here too.... the joys of cold and flu season.

  4. Hey, good luck finding the white brushcut wig! I think it would be fantastic!
I hope this winter isn't filled with sickness. It makes it harder to eat holiday goodies... :)
